Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase and use of FFCC — Founder Financial Command Center, a financial planning toolkit provided by SaaS FP&A.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Provider and agreement
FFCC is provided under the SaaS FP&A brand by Leonardo Maza Teixeira, an individual based in Brazil (“SaaS FP&A,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using FFCC, you agree to these Terms.
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for transactions completed through Paddle. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and payment-related customer support under its own buyer terms. SaaS FP&A does not directly receive or process complete payment-card details.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate purchase and access information. FFCC uses passwordless Magic Link authentication sent to the authorized email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account, browser sessions, and Magic Links.
- The license is limited to the purchasing user and may not be shared with another person.
- You must not forward login links, share access credentials, or permit unauthorized access.
- Notify support@saasfpa.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Product, payment, and access period
FFCC is a browser-based 60-month SaaS financial planning toolkit. It includes integrated financial statements, SaaS metrics, cash runway, funding scenarios, DCF valuation, management insights, and formula-linked Excel export.
- Price: one-time payment of USD 99.00, plus any taxes shown at checkout.
- Access: 12 months (365 days) of dashboard access beginning when a valid completed payment activates the license.
- Renewal: there is no automatic renewal. Any renewal is optional and requires a separate purchase decision.
- Updates: reasonable product fixes and updates made generally available may be included during the active access period. No particular future feature is promised.
4. License and acceptable use
During the access period, we grant the purchasing user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FFCC for the user’s own internal business planning.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, access another user’s account, use automated means to overload or extract the product, upload unlawful material, or use FFCC in violation of applicable law.
5. Ownership and exported files
SaaS FP&A and its licensors retain ownership of FFCC, including its software, user interface, formulas, model architecture, content, visual design, documentation, and related intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the business information you enter. Excel files exported during an active access period remain with you and may be retained and used for your internal business purposes after access expires.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, create an unauthorized competing copy from, or otherwise commercially exploit FFCC or its underlying templates, formulas, documentation, or design.
6. Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep FFCC reasonably available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, provider outages, technical changes, or events beyond reasonable control. We may modify the service where reasonably necessary while preserving its essential purpose during an active license.
7. Financial-toolkit disclaimers
FFCC is a planning and decision-support toolkit. It does not replace a CFO, accountant, lawyer, tax advisor, investment advisor, or other financial advisor. You remain responsible for your assumptions, data, interpretation, decisions, and professional review.
Outputs depend on the information and assumptions you enter and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. We do not guarantee financial performance, fundraising success, valuation, profitability, cash runway, financing availability, or any business outcome.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SaaS FP&A is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of FFCC. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to FFCC will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Suspension, termination, refunds, and expiration
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, a chargeback or payment reversal, an approved full refund, a security risk, or a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may first provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
An approved full refund revokes dashboard access. Partial refund: access will be handled according to the approved refund decision, applicable law, and Paddle’s current Refund Policy. Access may be adjusted or terminated as part of that decision. When the 12-month period expires, dashboard access ends unless you separately choose to renew. Previously exported Excel files remain available to you for internal use.
10. Governing law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This choice does not override any mandatory consumer-protection rights, statutory remedies, jurisdiction rules, or other non-waivable protections that apply where you live.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in FFCC, law, or our service providers. The version presented at purchase applies to that transaction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Material changes affecting active access will be communicated where reasonably required.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@saasfpa.com.
